FCN offers a suite of training that can be delivered to farmers, corporate partners and other organisations across the agricultural sector.
Our training is unique – it is informed by our work supporting farming families, making it truly tailored for the agricultural sector. We understand the pressures and stressors often associated with farming. Our training is positive and designed to help you plan for the future in a proactive way and support yourself and the people around you.
FCN is an Accredited Provider with The CPD Group, recognising our knowledge and experience in this space.

Difficult Conversations workshop

FCN’s Difficult Conversations workshop is designed to help teams navigate tricky conversations. This could include conversations with clients or members in the agricultural sector.
Conversations can become emotional or agitated, particularly if people are stressed or under a lot of pressure. We provide this workshop to support teams in developing techniques for interacting with people either over the phone or face-to-face, as well as to decompress and support one another after a difficult conversation.

Oversight and administration of the Rural+ training sits with NFYFC, who coordinate bookings.
Who’s the training for? 10-26 year old YFC members and 16-25 year old agricultural students
