FURTHER ‘YARN IN A BARN’ EVENTS ARRANGED FOR AUTUMN 2023

Over the last year, a host of Yarn in a Barn events have been coordinated across England and Wales by FCN volunteers.

Their purpose is to bring together local farming communities to combat isolation in rural areas, and give farmers and farming families access to industry and community information and advice.

There is always a warm welcome, with informed speakers and representatives from other local groups and authorities. There are also lots of opportunities to ask questions, or simply catch up with friends and neighbours.

Yarn in a Barn events are FREE to attend, and include a delicious lunch or supper.

So far, events have taken place in Wiltshire, Northumberland, Somerset, Mid-Wales, Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Warwickshire.

Coming up over the next few weeks, get-togethers will be held in Yorkshire, North Wales, Lancashire, Cornwall, South Wales, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Hampshire.
